3. Risk of Third-Party Platform Action
Use of third-party tools and services, including VettHost, may violate the terms of service of booking platforms such as Airbnb. This could result in:

- Listing suspension or removal
- Account suspension or permanent termination
VettHost accepts no liability for any action taken by third-party platforms against your account.
4. Anti-Discrimination Warning
Federal, state, and local laws prohibit discrimination in housing, including short-term rentals. The Fair Housing Act (US), state civil rights laws, and international anti-discrimination laws apply to your hosting activities.
YOU MUST NOT use VettHost scores to discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic.
Using guest screening tools in a discriminatory manner may result in:
- Civil liability and lawsuits
- Government enforcement actions
- Fines and penalties
- Criminal charges in some jurisdictions
5. AI Limitations
VettHost uses artificial intelligence to analyze guest reviews. AI systems have known limitations including:
- Potential for bias in training data
- Inability to capture full context of reviews
- Possible errors in sentiment analysis
- Scores may not reflect a guest's current behavior
6. Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any information provided by the Service is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Scores should be considered one data point among many in your decision-making process.

Nothing in VettHost constitutes legal advice. Consult with a qualified attorney regarding your obligations under fair housing laws, privacy regulations, and platform terms of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VettHost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from:
- Decisions made based on risk scores
- Third-party platform account actions
- Claims of discrimination by guests
- Data inaccuracies
